Centerville Historical Museum's store is located in the museum and features contemporary arts and crafts from Cape Cod artists and artisans.

"Where the past and the present meet":  We display traditional gifts of our past made by contemporary artisans of our present. These affordable items are handmade and often arise out of historical traditions and origins.

The shop features jewelry, photography, basketry, research and recreational books, paintings, ceramics, woodworks, sandwich glass cup plates, giclee and intaglio prints, tole painted boxes, antiques, sailor's valentine pins and note cards.

Carol having over twenty-five solo exhibits and artworks in collections around the country; brings to us her wonderful combination of meticulous printmaking expertise and literary wit, resulting in a humorous and unique visual delight.

When Carol is asked to set down her thoughts in words about her work, she struggles: "It IS there... in the prints." And so her artist's statement exists, in almost 300 editions she has produced since 1974 when she purchased her first etching press, and dipped her first copper plate into a Dutch Mordant bath.

Linda Saunders Photography

I am a very fortunate person as I live on Cape Cod and journey over to Nantucket often. It is a great place for the most beautiful photography! I also like to give my photos an artistic touch. So, although not original art, it gives the feel of it. My profession was as a Legal Assistant which kept me behind a desk all day five days a week. I am now semi-retired, with my own business, which allows me to journey to all parts of Cape Cod and Nantucket for all seasons, which I love.
